MS OUTLOOK 2003 Do steps 1 thru 7 for both solutions. Fix CONTACTS when they do not show up in the TO: area of Outlook Email. Change the Sort Order the CONTACTS in the TO: area of Outlook Email. 1. Open OUTLOOK 2. Click on Tools 3. Click on ADRESS BOOK 4. in the address book 5. click on Tools 6. click on Options 7. This will open the ADRESSING window Fix CONTACTS when they do not show up in the TO: area of Outlook Email. 8. Under; Show this address list first: [it's the top pull down menu] 9. click on contacts [even if its already chosen] 10. click OK 11. Close address book [X] in upper right. 12. Try it. Try restarting Outlook if it does not work. Change the Sort Order the CONTACTS in the TO: area of Outlook Email. 8. Find and highlight Personal Address Book 9. Now Click on Properties below 10. A window opens named Personal Address Book Properties 11. Click the order you want the Addresses to be sorted. 12. Apply 13. OK 14. OK Try restarting Outlook if it does not work.
